ReplaceIT is the data controller for the personal data we receive about you.

As a general rule, we only share your personal data after a thorough legitimate interest assessment. When executing these services, third-party vendors may have access to your personal data but are only authorized to process it on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

2.4. Deletion of Personal Data

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 2.2, unless required by law to retain it for a longer period.
 

Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
