RESALE
REUSE AND
RECYCLE

Your decommissioned equipment might be worth more than you think — and it may not be ready for retirement just yet. We specialize in giving old devices a new life.

WHEN YOUR IT IS READY TO MOVE ON
- SECURELY, EFFICENT AND SUSTAINABLY

Just because a device is old doesn’t mean it’s ready for the scrap heap.

Many devices still have value – and with the right handling, they can continue to deliver performance elsewhere.

Through responsible resale, reuse, and recycling, we help extend the life of your IT equipment
– reducing waste and creating value for both the environment and your budget.

We handle everything securely, including certified data erasure, and give qualifying devices a new lifecycle with other users. You’ll receive full traceability and documentation, making internal and external reporting easy and reliable.

Reuse devices within your own organization

Internal reuse frees up budget to invest where new equipment is truly needed, while reused devices can be an upgrade for users with lighter needs. It’s a win for your employees, your budget, and the environment.

Recycle: responsible
e-waste management

Devices that can’t be resold or reused can still serve an important purpose. Responsible recycling of electronic waste plays a key role in reducing both resource strain and environmental impact.

CASING

If the chassis is worn, scratched, or has labels that can't be removed, it is either replaced or covered with a skin.

SCREEN

To ensure the screens are in a like-new condition, a thorough inspection is carried out for scratches, discoloration, white spots and lines, dead pixels, or backlight bleed. If the screen meets the standard as-is, it is polished to reduce signs of micro-wear.

SYSTEM

A comprehensive system check is performed, including a boot check for startup issues and a thorough test of overall functionality.

DRIVES & PORTS

Drives and ports are inspected and tested to ensure optimal connectivity.

TRACKPAD & KEYBOARD

A full functionality test is performed on both the keyboard and trackpad, and any issues are repaired or replaced as needed. If the key labels are too worn, a skin is applied or the keys are reprinted.

BATTERY

The battery capacity is tested and must maintain at least 80% of its original capacity compared to a new battery. If it doesn't meet this standard, it is replaced to ensure optimal performance.

TURN WASTE
INTO VALUE

IT equipment is a significant expense — but also a necessary investment. And the value of that investment shouldn’t end on the last day of use.

By integrating resale into your hardware strategy, you can maximize the full lifespan of your devices and recover residual value, lowering your overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

We carry out thorough visual inspections, functionality tests, and any necessary upgrades to ensure the highest possible resale value – with full traceability and secure data erasure as standard.

The result is a professional and responsible phase-out of your IT assets – delivering financial return and supporting a more sustainable profile.

HIGHEST STANDARD.
SECURE ERASURE.
FULL DOCUMENTATION.

Secure data deletion is essential in protecting critical  business data from unauthorized access and breaches.

We hold all necessary certifications, including ISO 27001, and all devices are handled in accordance with NIST 800-88 r2.

And to give you full peace of mind, we offer data erasure onsite, offsite, or as a combination depending on your needs.

USED BUT FAR FROM DONE
REUSE YOUR
DEVICES INTERNALLY

When employees have different roles, their tech needs vary too. Some users require the latest high-performance hardware, while others can easily do their work on devices that run basic programs like Word and Outlook.

By refurbishing and reusing existing equipment internally, users with lighter tech requirements often receive a genuine upgrade compared to their current setup – while you reduce the need for new purchases and improve the overall TCO of your investment.

The result of an efficient and sustainable IT strategy? Here are just a few of the benefits:

A lower COâ‚‚ footprint – both in environmental impact and in reporting.

Savings on purchases strengthen the bottom line of your IT budget.

A more flexible and agile hardware strategy, where devices can be matched to different user profiles.

Enhanced employer branding – especially with the younger segment who values sustainability.

RECYCLING
RESPONSIBLE HANDLING
AT END-OF-LIFE FOR DEVICES

Some devices have simply reached the end of the road. They may be too old, too damaged, or impossible to wipe securely. When that’s the case, we make sure their remaining value is still put to good use.

Devices that can be erased for data are dismantled, and any valuable components are salvaged for use as spare parts in other products. The rest is carefully sorted so that materials can be properly recycled and returned to the supply chain as raw resources.

Data-carrying devices that cannot be securely wiped are physically destroyed through shredding. What remains is granulate that can be melted down and reused as new materials.

Nothing is sent to waste unnecessarily — and your IT assets get a responsible send-off that supports new products and reduces the demand for virgin raw materials.

Why is recycling
electronic waste so important?

CONSEQUENCES OF IMPROPER HANDLING

Limited Resources and Raw Materials

– Shortage of rare metals and conflict minerals such as cobalt, lithium, gold, tungsten, and tantalum. – Rising global demand for critical raw materials is putting pressure on both the environment and supply chains. – Many of these resources are found in geopolitically unstable regions – for example, conflict minerals from the Congo.

Impact of Raw Material Extraction

– Extracting metals requires enormous resources: - For example, 200,000 liters of water are needed to produce just one kilogram of lithium. - Large amounts of energy and chemicals are used in the extraction of copper and rare earth elements. – It destroys natural habitats and generates vast amounts of waste, including tailings and slag. – There's a high risk of groundwater and soil contamination from heavy metals and acids.

Hazardous Waste and Safety

– Electronic waste contains substances like lead, mercury, cadmium, and brominated flame retardants. – Improper handling can cause soil and air pollution, harming both people and wildlife. – Even small electronic devices can catch fire if punctured or compressed. – Mishandled lithium batteries cause hundreds of waste fires every year – especially at sorting facilities.

Human Rights and Working Conditions

– The extraction of conflict minerals often takes place under highly questionable conditions, including child labor, forced labor, and dangerous mining environments. – Improper disposal exported to developing countries results in people handling hazardous waste without proper protection.

BENEFITS OF PROPER HANDLING

Resource-efficient

– Recycling uses up to 95% less energy than primary extraction, such as mining. – Reduces the emission of greenhouse gases like CO₂, SF₆, and fluorinated compounds. – Keeps materials in circulation and lowers the demand for virgin extraction.

Protecting the environment

It goes without saying – properly handling electronic waste helps reduce the serious consequences of improper disposal. For example: – Prevents waste from being exported to countries without responsible handling – Stops pollution from heavy metals and harmful chemicals – Protects nature and groundwater – Prevents waste fires caused by incorrectly sorted batteries – Ensures valuable and scarce materials aren’t lost

Compliance and Legislation

– With full traceability and documentation of data erasure and waste streams, you stay compliant with the EU’s WEEE Directive and GDPR regulation. – This minimizes the risk of fines, data breaches, and reputational damage. – Supports ESG reporting and sustainability goals — increasingly relevant if and when your organization becomes subject to the CSDR.

Strong Business Practices

– Protects business-critical data from ending up in the wrong hands. – Supports the achievement of ambitious sustainability goals. – Helps attract and retain talent while boosting employee engagement. – Positions you as a responsible, future-ready company — making you an attractive partner for stakeholders and investors. – Provides a competitive edge, as sustainability is increasingly a key factor for customers.
