The amount of packaging that comes with new equipment can quickly become a time-consuming – and space-consuming – task. When you let us handle your new purchases, we take care of unpacking and disposing of all packaging materials.

Even when packaging is sorted and recycled responsibly, the recycling process itself consumes significant resources like energy and water.

That’s why, just like with our approach to IT, we aim to extend the life of packaging and reduce waste. We sort and keep what can be reused  in order for your equipment to be safely repacked for delivery to your location.

PROCESS

1 / DEVICE INTAKE

When it’s time for new devices, you simply order as usual from your preferred supplier — but have them delivered to us. Upon arrival, we handle the unpacking and sorting of all packaging, ensuring it’s recycled in an environmentally responsible way.

2 / INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

Next, we carefully inspect each device and perform a quality check — looking for any physical or cosmetic damage that may have occurred during transport or due to manufacturer defects.

3 / UPGRADING HARDWARE

If any of your devices require hardware upgrades, that’s the next step in the process. This could include adding more RAM, installing a WWAN module, upgrading to a faster SSD, and more.

4 / IMAGE DEPLOYMENT

Now the devices are ready to be integrated into your preferred deployment system — we support all major platforms and rollout tools. We then carry out a functionality check to ensure each device is properly registered and configured for your domain.

5 / LABELS AND PROTECTION

Next, we can apply any required labels — such as asset tags, theft protection, company logos, and more. If you need physical protection, like device skins, hard covers, screen protectors, anti-glare or privacy filters, keyboard covers, protection stickers, bumpers, corner guards, or Kensington locks and more, we'll handle that too.

6 / CUSTOM PACKING

The devices are now ready and will be packaged according to your needs. We can group them by category, model, or any other structure you prefer — or create user-specific kits with everything included: laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, power supply, docking station, bag, and more. You decide what setup works best for your organization.

7 / DELIVERY

You decide how your equipment should arrive at your location. We offer delivery by our own drivers to minimize handling, but we can also arrange shipping through an authorized transport provider. If you prefer to handle transport yourself, we’ll make sure everything is packed and ready for pickup at our facility.

8 / ON-SITE HANDLING AND SETUP

We're happy to assist with distributing the equipment, whether it's to end users, your storage facility, or the IT department. We can also handle the full setup on-site, including connection and installation at individual workstations – even outside regular hours, in the evenings or on weekends.

9 / TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND FOLLOW UP

We can support your IT department as users begin working with their new equipment. Together with you, we create a rollout plan, and when the time comes, we provide a dedicated team of skilled user support specialists tailored to your needs. You can choose the support setup that works best for your organization — for example: - 1:1 desk-side support, where our team assists each user individually at their workstation. - Floorwalkers available for on-the-spot questions and assistance. - Our IT support staff working alongside your IT department or help desk to ease the workload. - A support hub set up in a central location, like the reception area, where users can drop by for help
